This cute Ethnic Ganesha Silver Pendant was handmade with Precious Metal Clay (PMC), fired to perfection, and given an antique finish. It measures approx. 1 inch x 11/16 inches and weighs 6 gm of pure silver. Comes with a free 16-inch Sterling Silver overlay 1mm snake chain (not shown on the picture), ready for you to wear!

Lord Ganesha is known as the Remover of All Obstacles and usually worshiped before any venture or project. He is also worshipped as the god of education, knowledge, wisdom and wealth. Ganesha is one of the five prime Hindu deities, along with Brahma, Vishnu, Shiva and Durga.

Ganesha became Ganapati, the Lord of all existing beings, after winning a contest with his brother Kartikay, the scientist of the Gods. When given the task to race around the universe, Ganesha simply walked around his parents Shiva and Parvati, as he considered them the source of all existence.
