We do our best to process and ship your order as son as we receive it and to keep shipping and handling charges as low as possible. We ship packages via USPS Priority Mail. In general, you should receive your package in 2-3 days, but you should allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery after we process your order.
We offer a flat rate via USPS Priority Mail, regardless of weight and delivery zone (within the continental US) for all orders from the Jewelry Shop. Orders may be insured at our discretion. Please note that T-Shirts and Gifts purchased through a separate shopping cart (via Cafepress) cannot be added to the shopping cart used for the Jewelry Shop. Sales tax and shipping tax for North Carolina will be calculated and added once you check out.
If an item is marked Out of Stock, it usually means that it is not availabe in the quantity requested. You need to modify the quantity in your shopping cart to be able to checkout. Most of our necklaces and chokers are one-of-a-kind, which means that only one design is available at any given time, as an exclusive jewelry design, so when marked “out of stock” it means that it will no longer be available.
At this time we only ship within the USA. We may ship to Canada and certain countries if you are willing to pay the extra shipping charges. This can be discussed on a case by case basis. You’d need to contact us for more information and to get a quote. You can do so via e-mail.
Cancellations and Returns
You can cancel your order any time before it ships. Once an order has shipped it cannot be canceled. You may return it according to our Return Policy. If you would like to return a product, you may do so within 7 days of the delivery date. Please contact us first to receive an RMA number. Make sure you write the RMA number on the outside of your package. Return the merchandise in the exact same condition you received it. We will give you a courteous refund, exchange or store credit. Returns without an RMA will not be honored and charges will not be refunded. Items cannot be returned after 7 days of being delivered. We highly recommend you ensure your return and request delivery or tracking service, in case your package gets lost.
Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable, unless we sent you the wrong item, in which case you need to contact us immediately after receipt to arrange for the best way to exchange the item.
If the merchandise is not returned in the same, new condition it was received, or if it looks like it has been used, we will not refund any charges. If you request to have it shipped back, you will need to pay for shipping again.
Items lost due to a wrong address provided by you will not be refunded. Packages returned to us because of an address issue (wrong address or any other reason) may be shipped again, if you request us to do so, but you will be charged for the new shipping. We will NOT refund shipping charges, unless a package is lost or returned due to our mistake. Please make sure that you write your address correctly when you place an order, along with your phone number and email address for us to contact you in case of a problem with it (sometimes the USPS system we use shows certain addresses as invalid). USPS delivery complaints should be directed to your local postal office.
